Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern purchases made on NextDrop Shop and the delivery service associated with our orders.

1. Orders and Cash on Delivery

The store currently operates with cash payment upon receipt of the order. The customer must provide correct contact information and a delivery address, and be available to receive it.

2. Prices and Availability

Prices and availability displayed in the store are subject to change. An order is subject to confirmation and product availability.

3. Shipping and Delivery

The average delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on the city. Shipping is free according to the current store policy. Delays may occur due to causes external to the service.

4. Exchanges, Returns, and Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or different product than ordered, contact us as soon as possible from the Contact page. Returns are handled according to our Refund Policy.

5. Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, it may not be possible to make changes.
